This location is amazing. You cannot get closer to the beach and the ocean. Amazing views from sunrise to sunset. The house is nice, not perfect but the location is still what it’s about.

“Location is everything! This house is literally on the beach, with just a few steps to the soft sand. We saw dolphins, osprey, and several water birds just sitting on the top and bottom deck. Grocery store 5 min away! Much quieter beach than St Augustine, but with all the fun. Body boarding and surfing right outside your door. Low light pollution if you enjoy star gazing. 3 bedrooms proper, with futons for the 4th sleeping space. Beautiful house, loved it!”
“Great location!!!! You are steps away from the beach. The side lawn area is great for a game of bags. Just the perfect size for our two families that gathered this weekend with their kids. Very clean.”
“Amazing location! The views from the living room and bedrooms are unbeatable! The lower balcony was literally right on the beach and the top allowed for you to enjoy the view without the sand. The top balcony provided great shade in the afternoon for the lower area. The side yard also had a great view of the ocean and the inlet area. Enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the sunrise from the balcony and a cocktail in the evening relaxing to the sound of the waves crashing. We vacationed with four children under three and having the beach right off the patio was incredibly convenient. The only downside was there was no bath tub but we made it work. The company and owner were easily accessible. The were quick, timely and friendly with their responses. They really made you feel like they cared about you and your family.”
“I don't think you could be closer to the ocean without being in the ocean. Amazing location right on the beach with water almost reaching the house during high tide. Wit the beach rebuilding they are doing though, there should be much more sand between the house and the water which is not a bad thing. The layout of the house worked well for our family and my parents, with a TV in every room (5 TVs total!), not that you'll watch a whole lot of TV with the beach and the balcony overlooking the water right there. House is a bit worn, but overall very happy, and would visit again!”
“House was directly beachfront. No steps to beach just a small dune and you are there. Beautiful views every day. House was clean and decorated comfortably. Definitely would stay here again.”

“The property was in an ideal location, right on a beautiful beach, close to gas station and grocery store, less than 20 minutes from every kind of restaurant you would want to eat at and all the St Augustine attractions. Would gladly stay there again if I was going to St Augustine!”

“Right on the beach. Patio/balcony is right over the sand. Perfect view 24/7 to watch dolphins swimming in the ocean. House is cute and comfy. Had all the conveniences a family would need in the house.”

“Beautiful Retreat - The location is phenomenal and is right on the beach with 2 balcony levels true to pictures. You can enjoy the ocean from the deck or use the step on the right side of the house to be on the beach. This is a mostly private home area so the beaches are much less crowded. You are next to a public beach entrance but It was still like having your own slice of beach. While the house furnishings might be a bit dated, it was clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and the grill works, just no food supplies outside of salt and pepper. They give a starter set of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels , bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner. It lasted 3 people a week but larger groups may need to restock. . We barely left the house, but if you do the city is just 10 minutes away and there are restaurants and a Publix 2 minutes away. PS. Bring your own hammock, there is not one there but my Eno worked great.”
“Decent Beach House - This is a decent beach house with easy access to St. Augustine or TPC Sawgrass. It's on a beautiful stretch of beach with great views and sunrises. The check in instructions worked as described. It's a bit pricey for what it is. It definitely could use some updating of furniture, fixtures, etc. If I owned it, I would invest in making it upscale to encourage repeat customers. I also suggest leaving more than 4 kitchen trash bags for future guests. I prefer more upscale rentals, but it was as described, and I don't have any complaints.”
“Great Location Right on the Beach - Was very clean, we loved being right on the beach with a view of the ocean from our windows. House had everything we needed during our stay. Instructions for check-in were very clear. We could ride our bikes to many places.”
